CareLogix
Tommy Dam was one of WSTI's first members and built CareLogix slowly, event by event. It turns a support worker's voice notes and photos into the care documentation that would otherwise eat their shift.
CareLogix is built for NDIS and aged care providers. A worker records what happened by voice and adds photographs, and the platform writes it up. There is a mobile app for the field and a web side for the people managing the records, and the data stays in Australia.
He did not arrive with it finished. The idea came first, and the thing itself grew across WSTI community sessions and innovation events, one conversation at a time.
