“I'm so excited with what I've learned to do. It was very practical, it was very easy to understand. I've got seven different businesses that I run, and this will make it so much easier.

I've created a bot and I named it Henrietta. I tell Henrietta what I want to do, and she comes back having written a whole bunch of tasks for me and how to do them. It's mind-blowing.

My brain works in a weird way, and Lailei is very visual and I'm very visual. It's all about pictures and I'm visualising everything, and this is the way I like to learn. So, this has been an ideal opportunity for me.”

“I'm a Work Health and Safety Consultant. What I found so interesting, and actually quite vital, is that it wasn't just diving in. It was about finding out about my business, how I do things, and that context goes into the process.

I go onto a site, do an inspection, then come back and write a report. Processing those reports could be five or six hours. By training my AI to do it exactly how I like it, it was under an hour that I could produce that report.

There were times where it was very frustrating, but with the help of the WSTI team I could sort that out. Now I have a fully functional reporting process that gives me more time to build my business.”

“Last Saturday, I attended the “Automate Your Social Media and Content Creation with AI Agents” workshop hosted by Western Sydney Tech Innovators (WSTI).

The session showcased practical ways to use AI agents for content marketing: from exporting context and generating content to publishing social media posts and sending personalised newsletters.

“As part of the Spark Festival an AI engaged community got together for a thorough conversation on what Artificial Intelligence (AI) is, where it is at, what it is currently offering. Discussed were topics such as AI companions, autonomous agents, deepfakes, workforce transformation, and more.

All participants had great insights and shared in the meaningful dialogue, enjoyed light refreshments, and made (new) connections with fellow Western Sydney residents grappling with the same questions about our AI-shaped future.”

“My 7-year-old boy did something last weekend that I never imagined... When I told him I'd be presenting VoiceAI over the weekend in the AI meetup, his eyes lit up and he said, “Can I join you?”

So the night before, we sat together, built a simple slide, and practiced. And then… he stood in front of a room full of AI learners and gave his first-ever talk on AI.

And in that moment, I realized something, kids don't learn from what we tell them. They learn from what we live.

“Had a great time today attending the Hands-on Workshop on AI Agents and Automation Workflows hosted by Western Sydney Tech Innovators.

We built an automation workflow using n8n and also recreated the same process using Claude Code with MCP in VS Code. It was interesting to see how the same workflow can be built using both visual automation and AI-assisted coding.

It was also great meeting people from different professional backgrounds and sharing ideas around AI and automation. Overall, it was a great learning experience and a fantastic way to understand the practical side of AI automation.”

“Last night at the Western Sydney AI Innovation Summit - Hackathon Grand Finale, I watched a 10-year-old on stage, passionately sharing a car racing game he built over the past 3 weeks during his school holidays. He'd already landed his first customer too, $50 from another hackathon participant!

Not a demo. Not a school project. A real product, explained with confidence in front of a room full of builders.

AI isn't just for experts. It's a tool that lowers the barrier for anyone willing to try.”
